Better than store-bought, or your money back.
If you're not fully convinced my eggs are better than the ones from the store, I'll give you a full refund within a week of your purchase. No questions asked. My hens will be a little hurt, but they have the memory of a chicken, so they'll get over it fast.
The fine print (it's not very fine)
Who
Anyone who bought eggs from Bull City Birds, one dozen or subscription.
When
Within 7 days of your purchase. That's plenty of time for scrambled, fried, over easy, and at least one cake.
What you get
A full refund. The whole thing. Not store credit, and not a coupon for more eggs.
Questions asked
Zero. I won't even ask what brand you're going back to.
Subscriptions
Ask within 7 days of a monthly charge and I'll refund that charge. You can also cancel any time so you're not billed again.
How long
I refund through Stripe to your original payment method. It usually shows up on your statement in 5 to 10 business days.
How to ask for a refund
Send me your name and the date you ordered. That's it. No forms, no hold music.
Honestly, I think you're going to keep them.
